We had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious — everything was well-prepared and full of flavor. But what truly stood out was the outstanding service from Jordan. He was incredibly attentive and polite, and to our surprise, he took a huge order with lots of specific requests without writing anything down — and he didn’t get a single thing wrong! We were all amazed and so grateful. He really made our visit extra special. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful meal and the service was great. Once we sat down, we didn’t have to wait even a minute before the server, Jenn, was taking our drink order. As soon as she brought the drinks back, she took our order for food. I don’t think we had to wait five minutes for our food to get there. It was fresh and delicious. Jenn was great to check on us and quick to bring us the check. Thanks for the delicious food and great service!
We came here for lunch and didn't regret about it. Music and atmosphere were awesome. Our server, Tracy, was really friendly and nice. Apple cobbler with ice cream is a must-have

We had a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe, from service to food. They were able to seat our party of 14 on a last minute’s notice with an hour before closing. They were happy to accommodate us and made rearrangements to let us dine! Our food was brought out pretty quickly, with no mistakes on any order! Our server, Kelly, took excellent care of our large party. She checked in with us frequently and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend dining here if you’re in Niagara Falls with a large party!
We came here for last day of our trip in Canada and enjoyed good foods. The stake salad was very good. the stake was very soft and tasty. The server Tracy was very kind and helpful. If you want to make your good niagara day, i recommend this restaurant.
We came here in the summer , I forgot to place my review. I love how we just walked in and was seated quickly even though there was a lot of people. Our first time to a Hard Rock Cafe. We loved all of it. The atmosphere, our waitress, the music and the food. The kids loved the guitar plates !
This restaurant was exceptional. Although the prices were steep, the quality of the ingredients, phenomenal atmosphere, and noteworthy customer service made up for the cost. Our server was beyond amazing and even took photos of our group and gave us menu recommendations. Overall, a great restaurant. The only note I would add is that the kitchen messed up my order twice, but the server was very apologetic, despite it not being her fault.
